By accessing or using FoxInspect's property inspection software and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FoxInspect provides a Progressive Web App (PWA) based property inspection platform that allows property managers to conduct remote property inspections with tenants. Our Service includes:

• Property inspection scheduling and management
• Photo documentation and capture tools
• Automated PDF report generation
• Tenant invitation and communication features
• Data storage and management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxInspect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
